• Have 100% attendance for all days
• Submit a copy of the Certificate as per standard SHRM or HRCI guidelines

For Online Courses

• Complete your Training & Certification Program
• Pass the Certification Test for that Program
• Submit a copy of the Certificate as per standard SHRM or HRCI guidelines

Note: Certificates are provided upon the completion of the course, and include the required Course Approval number.
