Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, Brett held the positions of Vice President, Workforce &Analytics with Integrated Group Synergy focusing on delivering human capital management solutions and analytic consulting, Talent Management Consultant for the Bernard HODES Group, managing clients through all aspects of Talent Management and Branding strategies, and Managing Consultant for Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company where he managed clients through talent management and technology strategies.
