| Certified TPA Confirmation |
This page confirms that Benefits Resource has earned a "Certified TPA" designation by having a majority of its employees complete the Training & Certification Program and earn individual "Certified Administrator" designations in their area of expertise.
The Training & Certification Programs are eight-hour, in-depth training courses. To earn their "Certified Administrator" designations, individuals must score 85% or higher on their tests. Their managers are able to see any incorrectly answered test questions and can provide additional training as warranted.
These designations are renewable, which means that Benefits Resource and its employees must re-test each year to re-earn their designations.
