| About The "Certified TPA" Program |
Every organization can use an edge in today's business world to help attract and keep customers. HRcertification.com's "Certified TPA" Program can help give you that edge.
After all, if you were a company President or business owner looking to outsource your compliance requirements, wouldn't you rather select a "Certified" firm than one that isn't?
Under this Program, we provide an HRcertification.com "Certified TPA" logo in your area of specialty for use on your website and marketing materials. You may also use the designation in your customer meetings and proposals to help add to your firm's value proposition.
To qualify for this Program, your employees that perform administration must complete and earn an HRcertification.com designation in their area of specialty. We provide the Certified TPA designation to you organization once your employees have earned their designations. This is no cost for the Certified TPA designation.
Example: A TPA with five administrators, a manager, a receptionist, and a mail clerk want to earn the "Certified COBRA TPA" designation. The administrators and the manager take the COBRA course and earn their individual designations. We then provide the firm with the "Certified TPA" designation. Note: A minimum of five individuals are required for participation as a Certified TPA.
